Don’t love it? Return your order within 30 days and we’ll refund your purchase! All Sale & Promotional Items are final and are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, and/or Warranties.

Glass screen protectors, Sale & Promotional Items are final and are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, and/or Warranties.

All return items must be in their original condition and packaging. The original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All return products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Damaged or used items are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Please include a slip with your Order ID number, full name and reason for return inside the return package.

Consider insuring the return package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Caseology is not responsible for items that are not delivered or damaged upon arrival.

Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

Please contact our customer service with your Order ID number to initiate an exchange. Exchanges can only be made for items that are equal or lesser in value than the original purchase item.

All return items must be in their original condition and packaging. Damaged items are not eligible for exchanges but a refund may be issued minus a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Please include a slip with your Order ID number, full name and clearly indicate the phone model, series and color of the exchange item. We will reship the order free of charge and email you once the exchange has been made.
